Must-Have Ocean Wedding Photos

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m all about the water! Along the oceanfront of your resort, at a private beach or even a public beach like Jamaica’s 7 Mile Beach are amazing places for water photos. We think if you’ve decided to get married near the ocean, let’s utilize it! Show off your playful side by getting in the water while we capture your couples photos. Play, splash, get wet! Our destination wedding packages don’t just cover your ceremony and reception. We include in your destination wedding experience an extra photo shoot. This can be a couples session the day before or after your special day. This is when I love bringing you to the beach. Get cozy! Get intimate! The water has an amazing way of doing that – plus shows off the amazing destination you’ve chosen. If your destination wedding is close to the ocean, water photos are must-have fun!

Your destination wedding is about the two of you, of course! Among the most important pictures during your ceremony, wedding party photos, and spotlight dances, are your couples portraits. Depending upon your schedule, we can whisk you away right after your ceremony or after wedding party photos. Otherwise, we love to take time for an entire session the day after your wedding. 

Couples photos during your destination wedding is the perfect time to get intimate. The day after your wedding, we’ll walk around your venue taking both candid and intentional photos of you two together. These photos are capturing the very first moments of married life in a destination you’ve carefully chosen. We’ll showcase you, your love story, and your venue.

Our destination wedding process is a multi-day event! We don’t come to your location the day-of and leave right away. We take into account travel time as well as mapping out the best locations for couples photos and family portraits. You’ve made sure every detail of your day is special, and we do the same.

Sunset Destination Wedding Photos

Who doesn’t love a sunset photo? This is a must-have destination wedding photo. Sunset photos are so romantic! Getting married along the ocean, we’ll find the best spot for the sunset to show off your silhouette. Golden hour is perfect for stunning couples photos. Natural light is our favorite tool to illuminate your love. Sunset (or sunrise) photos in any destination are a must-have!

B-Roll Destination Wedding Photos

Secondary photos are a great way to help us with telling your story. These photos provide context, setting, and visually interesting details of your special day. Your b-roll videographer shots are a must-have for your destination wedding too! We’re a videographer-photographer team, so we do both to capture your special day!

Must-Have Candid Destination Photos

Of course we’ll take photos of your family and friends! They traveled all this way to celebrate with you, we’ll photograph all the fun they’re having. Unposed pictures are some of the most amusing! Your wedding day can be a whirlwind. While you’re conversing with family and friends, our cameras are capturing those moments too. Even during the dancing party – our professional photography style will take amazing photos of your guests showing off their moves! Special guests will be discussed prior to your wedding to make sure we take photos of those important people in your life. 

During your cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, or gift-opening brunch we’ll pop in to take candids of you and your guests. These are must-have photos! Capturing your guests’ reactions, seeing the venue for the first time, tearing up at your ceremony, or laughing with toasts – it’s all important!
