Jamaican Honeymoon Session: Stephanie and Q

For adventurous love birds, a destination couples session is the way to go! Honeymoon photography sessions are magical! If you’re like me and look for wanderlust opportunities alllll the time, have a chat with your partner about engagement or honeymoon photos (or both!) in a breathtaking destination. Stephanie and Q wanted to capture their Jamaican honeymoon with beautiful, professional pictures. My husband (and videographer part of the Sara June team!) and I couldn’t wait to capture their first moments alone after marriage – and in such a stunning place! Jamaica is a recipe for instant romance and tropical fun, making it easy to take a mixture of classy and playful pictures along sandy shores. 

A Little About Stephanie and Q

The sweetest couple, we couldn’t have asked for a greater time spent with Stephanie and Q. They just tied the knot in Texas and were looking forward to a honeymoon vacation away from their kids and the whirlwind of daily life. They are so loving with one another, and even with a flight delay, were excited to take pictures as soon as they got to their resort. We suggested meeting on the beach at Couples Tower Isle Resort for photos. Not only do we love the atmosphere at CTI, but guests receive private beach access! The clean, white architecture of the resort is a photographer’s dream. The grounds are beautiful, well-kept and perfect for pops of lush green in photos. Past Sara June couples have loved making memories here. 

Couples Tower Isle

Take it from us – and we’ve been to our fair share of resorts – Couples Tower Isle is authentic bliss. It’s one of our favorite Couples Resorts in Jamaica! What better place to introduce Stephanie and Q to their first Couples resort? We know the resort well, so we knew the perfect spots to take them that would match their personalities and immediately relax them in front of the camera. This gorgeous location provided the perfect backdrop for Stephanie and Q to laugh, cuddle, kiss, and splash in the sea together. We wanted to give them a moment to breathe and have everything else melt away after the bustling wedding festivities. We create a space for warmth, ease, and flirty first moments of marriage. And it’s all in a stunning location!

Although Stephanie and Q had never been to a Couples resort before, they didn’t have to worry about where to go or what to expect. Their love for each other was easy to capture in their photos. Going with every suggestion and location in the resort, they were so happy to release some of the action-packed first moments of marriage and enjoy just being together.

Their Jamaican Couples Session

After a flight delay, Stephanie and Q deserved pampering! They even decided to extend their honeymoon to make up for the lost time. We definitely approve! Not skipping a beat, we always plan for flight delays and met Stephanie and Q at Couples Tower Isle at their first convenience. Having connected through Facebook, we had every detail planned and correspondence done before their celebrations, making the entire process easy and stress-free for Stephanie and Q.  They were so much fun! We wanted to give Stephanie and Q moments they will come back to with butterflies for years and years. Because it was the beginning of their honeymoon, after their session they went to explore more of Jamaica while we packed up and traveled back to the States. It was a magical honeymoon session in Jamaica Stephanie and Q can forever cherish.
