I believe every woman is truly beautiful and you, my dear, deserve a full day of pampering and feeling on top of the world no matter what season of life you are in!
Whether you are a bride-to-be or a sweet mama, I have been in your shoes in one way or another. I remember wondering what it was going to be like as a new wife and what the days after our sunshine-filled wedding day would look like. I wanted to live nothing but an adventurous life with my husband by my side traveling the world. And I imagined the family we would raise and the babies we would have.
Over time, after many beach adventures and a couple of sweet baby boys making us a family of four, I realized this journey of being a woman is one of the most beautiful (yet challenging) adventures I’ve been on.
But why boudoir photography? Well, as women, I think we find ourselves constantly giving first and receiving last. I want you to be able to look back on your wedding day and the adventures of your life and feel empowered by who you are and the impact you make not only in this world, but also to your family.
I want you to celebrate the strong, beautiful, kind woman that you are and embrace your beauty completely. I believe we need to be the change we want to see in the world. To be the best version of ourselves, we need to believe in ourselves. And there is nothing better than a little confidence booster to do just that.
I began Sara June Boudoir with a heart to serve brides-to-be and gorgeous women like you.

What Can I Expect?
01. Inquiry and Call
Once you begin to explore the empowering and feminine art that is boudoir photography: complete the form at the end of this page and I’ll give you a quick call! This is where we walk through the whole process and experience so you know what to expect out of your Sara June Boudoir experience!
We will dig into how a boudoir session can be so life-giving for you during this current season, your biggest goals, and why this experience is so important to you. Maybe you are looking to surprise your significant other with a little black book, or maybe you just need a day of lipstick, va-va-voom lashes, and pearls. Whatever your reason, we walk through the exact step-by-step process, what you can expect throughout the entire experience, and any initial questions you might have.
02. Booking and Planning
After our chat, you’ll receive your customized online contract and pricing based on your timeline. Once you book a date on my calendar, we will follow up with a more in-depth questionnaire. This is where the magic happens, sweet girl! We will go over wardrobe curation, personal aesthetic preferences, and what weighs on every woman’s mind: body image.
We are all perfectly imperfect. Our age, size, shape… It’s what makes us unique and worth celebrating. We will spend ample time during our time together to work through your biggest concerns and note your favorite features worth highlighting.
I can promise this boudoir session will leave you feeling more in love with your bombshell body than before.
03. Preparation
Before your session, I will send you an email with #allthethings. You’ll receive a copy of my Boudoir Readiness Guide, a stretching guide, and a timeline of how and when to prep for your session.
In this email, you will also receive a link to my Pinterest boards with all the inspiration you may need for posing, lighting styles, and lingerie options. I even will address when to take care of waxing/shaving and scheduling your hair and makeup! And once we have all the logistics covered, you can really begin to relax and enjoy the process!
04. Boudoir Day
When we meet on boudoir day, you can expect this experience to be transforming and fun. I keep each session lighthearted and full of laughter. Because, girlfriend, I want to capture the true, vivacious, authentic you!
If you’ve opted to have make professional hair and makeup team pamper you, you’ll arrive at the studio bare-faced and ready to be glammed up by my beauty team member waiting inside! Once you’re polished and prepped, we crank up the music and I get to work creating your gorgeous portraits.
05. Big Reveal
Cue the fireworks and wine toasting! You will get to see your gorgeous portraits the same day as your session! Before we do anything else, you’ll get to see your portraits (put to music in a slideshow – oooh la la)… and I will have all my favorite sample albums and keepsake portfolios available for you to see, touch, and experience first-hand.
06. Heirlooms
I believe in the power of heirlooms and building our legacies through cherished moments and photos. Whether this is a gift for someone special or a day just for you, you will never regret printing your photos. Every fiber of your being is worth cherishing forever and ever! We will sit down and go over how these photos make you feel and I’ll watch as your self-confidence takes over your soul.

Hands down, without a doubt, the ‘little black book’ (an album with a luxury cover filled to the brim with your jaw-dropping portraits). Don’t worry, though – you’ll get a chance to see, touch, feel, breathe in, and admire my products during your session and your image reveal and ordering. That’s plenty of time to fall in love with your own can’t-live-without-it product!

I have an extensive client wardrobe full of lingerie, jewelry, and shoes for you to use! We can piece together the perfect outfit and save you hundreds of dollars from Victoria’s Secret. We’ve got our own secrets. We don’t need hers!
02. I was a labor and delivery nurse
In my previous career, I was a labor and delivery nurse. I’ve seen everything and nothing surprises me. So no, there is no dumb question and you don’t have to be shy!
03. I don’t serve or recommend drinking alcohol before our session
Did you know that alcohol leaves your skin splotchy and dehydrated? That is why I don’t serve or recommend drinking alcohol before our session. But after the photo shoot, you will be feeling fabulous and will want to hit the town in your red-hot lipstick for all the cocktails. Cheers girlfriend!
04. I do not photoshop your images
Your photos will be lightly edited to remove blemishes if needed/wanted, but other than that I do not photoshop your images. I believe in natural beauty and living a life that is genuine and real.

Pricing starts at $397 and includes:

– special pricing for professional hair, makeup, and falsies

– 60-75 minutes in front of the camera at my studio in downtown Neenah, WI
