Here you’ll find stories I’ve shared of joyful weddings, adventurous travel tales, and destination wedding planning tips.
Emily and Kristopher were married on a hot, sunny Saturday in July. They couldn’t have picked a more perfect location – The Howard– to tie their romantic day together. Emily works at The Howard in Oshkosh and not only loves the 1920’s feel, but also how grand the space feels (I couldn’t agree more!). Not only was the venue gorgeous, but the little touches the couple added made the day especially classy and beautiful.
If you’ve postponed your wedding because of COVID-19 (we feel your frustration, sadness, confusion, want to scream into a pillow type of emotions), there are still many reasons to celebrate and throw a smaller party with all the festive glitz and glam. Shifting to a smaller wedding allows you and your fiancé to tie the knot […]

I think encountering lifestyles different from your own in general life is significant in order to be a well-rounded person, be a kind and empathetic person, and see others’ point of view. Respecting and seeing people different than you, is one reason traveling the world is so important. Part of that experience and discovery carries over into why I love destination weddings.
I LOVE my dog and absolutely love when couples decide to include their furry family member in their wedding. Adding your lovable pup to the celebration adds to the excitement of the day, but also makes your ceremony all the more personal—and of course fun! It’s always a good idea to have a plan set […]
