Wedding photographer with a knack for picture perfect details and a heart that beats for travel and adventure.
Sarah and Devon could not have picked a more beautiful day to be married on… nor could they have chosen a more gorgeous location. They added so many personal touches to an already beautiful venue – The Waters – along Lake Winnebago. Devon’s ring was handmade by a local artisan (it’s a salmon!) and Sarah snuck in a gown change halfway through the day.
The two met through a mutual friend in 2014 – Sarah tagged along with Devon and their friend when they went Sturgeon spearing (even though she is deathly afraid of ice, she said she knew she had to just suck it up because she really liked Devon and was trying to impress him). Four years later, on Christmas Eve 2018, Devon completely surprised Sarah by proposing! The two have a couple furry canine family members so Devon had placed the ring on Minnie’s nose in front of the Christmas tree and was waiting for Sarah as they were heading out to enjoy a family brunch.
These two lovebirds have amazing loved ones – their families and friends helped make their wedding day even more full of love. There was so much laughing, dancing, kissing, and celebrating! Don’t believe me? Check out some of their wedding photos below – they don’t disappoint.
