When Matt and Sarah first approached me looking to hire a wedding photographer, I was over the moon – they’re deeply in love, easy going, they love animals, being outside, and they knew exactly what they were looking for when it came to their wedding day. When we met over tea, coffee, and smoothies, it truly felt as if we had been friends for a long, long time!

Fast forward eighteen months and these two tied the knot on a perfectly overcast May Saturday on the lakefront in Milwaukee. Beautiful lakefront views were complimented by downtown architecture, the shadows of tall buildings, the iconic Milwaukee Art Museum, and plenty of friends and family. Sarah and Matt were married under a white tent (so glad the rain held off!) outside of the Miller Room at O’Donnell Park and followed their ceremony with a cocktail hour and reception inside.

Their wedding party was perfectly donned in purple dresses and dapper suits but nothing stunned as much as Sarah’s jaw-dropping wedding gown (topped off with Badgley Mischka heels!) Both Sarah and Matt radiated love all day long, a true testament to their love story.
